Delivery Information

Delivery charges: 

ProEmbSys  provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs.3000/- or above. If the total order value is less than Rs.3000/- a nominal amount of Rs.200/- would be charged as flat rate shipping fee. 

Delivery Info:

We usually ship by DTDC courier, if DTDC service is not available to destination then we will ship orders by Speed Post/ Register Post. After shipping we will update and inform you the courier tracking number. This shipping does not include insurance fees, if you require insured shipment please let us know after placing order. 

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

 The price mentioned on the website is inclusive of the taxes, however, octroi/local taxes if any, would have to be payable by the buyer. 

 Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

 Items which are stocked in our warehouse would be dispatched on the same or next business day to reach our customers. Items which we will need to procure, process or  import - the delivery of these items can vary between 2 days to 4 weeks.
